@nottsbiker Honestly don't know. Really unclear, but I think it's the dowels that sit between the crank cases.

It’s a steel tube (not unlike the casing dowels) with 2 skinny o-rings on it that goes between 2 steel ‘bushes’ (you can see the other sides bush and o-ring numbered 4 & 6 on the top right of pic) in the hole in the cases that the lower engine mount bolt slides through. The one just under the swing arm bolt...
On my engine the steel bushes are seated in rubber ‘cups’...

@nottsbiker
Yeah, it’s so the outer bushes stay slightly prouder than the casing, so the rubber mounting can work. A bit like the metal tube inside headlight mounting rubbers. It gives the mount some wiggle room -
@jonne123 this is still unclear. Can you please upload a photo of the part you have. And why don't you just fit it. Why is this even up for debate? You have forgotten a component it's no biggie it literally takes an hour to disassemble and reassemble the DT engine so this should be a no brainer.

You can put it in from the side.
Just lever out a bush, or put a screwdriver in one side and tap out the other...
You shouldn’t t need to split the cases. Just lift the engine up in the frame till you have access...Edited for feckups
