      I have never heard complaints about the stock mikuni to be fair.

      I once ran a 38mm keihn carburettor, ran like a dog 🤣

      Currently on my Athena setup I am running 32mm VHSA that came from the belgarda models.

          @dtxpower The? Indicating there is only one Mikuni 34? I'm not familiar with anyone that uses it.

          Again, I'm pretty sure now that the 28mm is perfect for that engine.

            @DtxPower Best jetting for Athena 170 is 300 main jet on the
            standard Mikuni tm28 carb but with the powerjet blocked off. Just cut the rubber tube in half from the float chamber to the powerjet then block the 2 halves of the rubber tube with a couple of 5mm threaded bolts or similar.
