So my DTRs two stroke oil pump has a leak, the screws that hold it in are destroyed. ive drilled the heads of the screws off. however, the pump still wont come out. Am i missing something or just not pulling hard enough? PS its a 2002.

From memory they should just pull out if all of the bolt heads have been removed

The pump pulls out when you remove the screws,if you want to remove the axle that gives motion you need to remove the sidecover of the engine.
Maybe it stucked if you removed the screw heads only but not the screws.

Jeez, it's possible that the the bolts seized into the aluminium. Dissimilar metals and all that. That said should still be easy to remove the bolts. The aluminium case will expand when heat is applied so should be simple to disassemble.

Yes the pump pulls off the shaft so long as you've disconnected the oil lines and cables etc.
