03 DTR Project (advice needed)

Hi all.
I recently purchased a 03 dtr and have been in the process of fixing some things and noticed that my front wheel is out of line with my bars.
I’ve tried changing the front wheel in the hopes that the old one was buckled but no luck.
I have also tried loosening the tree bolts but nothing seems to bring the wheel back to being straight.Does anyone have any idea what might be going on? Nothing appears to be bent on the forks themselves and the axle seems straight. Any advice would be much appreciated
