This bolt is stuck in hard. Other than Plus gas, heat and a good hammering does anyone have any advice on getting this fella out without destroying all the bearings and spacers?

Try and get it turning first. Heat. Lots of wd40 . Use a big lump hammer with big decisive wacks. Not loads of hits with a little hammer...

Thanks, it's all plusgassed up and turns anyway (i guess it's locked up to the bearings) so I'll try to find a suitable drift and get whacking.

Big hammer, big clean blows
maybe put a sacrificial nut on the end of the thread for extra protection...
