    Hi im new to the forum and I have just bought a 170cc autisa big bore kit for my yamaha dt 125lc mk1. Does anyone know if this will fit using the 125cc gudgeon pin & clips ?

      I wouldn't have thought so, since the piston is bigger the space between the should be bigger? The little end bearing will be the same. Circlips possibly the same, but you should always renew the circlips.

        I wouldn't have thought so, since the piston is bigger the space between the should be bigger? The little end bearing will be the same. Circlips possibly the same, but you should always renew the circlips.

        @Calum Small end bearing should be used from DT200 37F,like the Athena 170 for the DTR I used the same because the 125 bearing has too much play. Just filed 0.5mm from each piston side to perfectly fit in.

        I need my tools and a pile of junk.....

                Does anyone know for sure if the Autisa 170cc big bore kit can be fitted using the yamaha dt125lc mk1 gudgeon pin, little end bearing & circles. As not getting a definitive answer.

                  I would have a guess and say, we aren't sure. This isn't an LC Forum it's the R and therefore there isn't a wealth of information on the LCs unfortunately.
