@Vcelicka What ?
1300Nm torque gun and it doesn't come off? What is it, welded on or something? Even then 1300Nm!
Normally I just put it in 1st, apply the rear brake and pull on a breaker bar. It shouldn't be on that tight, there is a tab washer which is peened over to stop it coming lose. The front sprocket nut is normally the first thing I remove as you need the chain intact in order to stop the engine cranking over.
That sounds ridiculous. If you're seriously having that much trouble then you might have to angle grind it off.
Otherwise, if I'm building the engine on a workbench and the front sprocket nut is still attached then I wedge something soft (copper) between the primary/output shafts to lock them in place, then crack off the nut with a breaker bar.

Also, if it’s all gonna be replaced. Use as big a screwdriver as you can to go up through the chain, top and bottom. It should lock up the sprocket. Just make sure the screwdriver is tight against the bottom frame bar where the foot pegs are…
It really shouldn’t be that tight though…
