      @Vcelicka

      Nope!

      Get the tape measure out. 140 is just 14cm width. 150=15cm, ect. The thing you have to take notice of is the 50, 60, 70, 80, ect marking, which is the profile (depth) of the tyre as a percentage (of the various widths) It can change your gearing…

      A 100 tyre with 70 would be a 7cm profile…

            @Vcelicka right now I have a 130/70/18 rear but will go to 150/70/17 because I will change the back wheel,all measurments are ok for the 150,it will fit without problem even with the DTR's stock chain guard.Hope it helps.

            I need my tools and a pile of junk.....

                    I mean, I'm probably not a good person to ask, since my rear brake carrier was machine down to fit the wheel into the swinging arm.

                        Yes, but I machined the rear brake carrier down to move the wheel closer to the right of the swinging arm. There is plenty of room either side of the wheel.

                            @Vcelicka The handling on my DTR is fricken superb! I've had these tyres for ~10 years and they've been spot on. Uhhmm, I'd have to check but I'm not going into the garage now. I think it's 110 on the front. But again, I'm running different wheel/fork setup so the spacing is all different. Handles a dream though.
