Hi guys took my engine out to do some work on it and found this can it be ground out or is it a new head

It's probably going to cost you less to fix it than it will be to buy another 3MB in decent condition.
It's not a case of Grinding it out, since it's going to effect the squish band, which will need correcting.
But I'm sure Mick Abbey will be able to rectify this for you.

@Ricky you think you have it bad here, look what I found when I ripped the head off of my CR85!
