Okay I'll Do a plug chop when I get chance they normally come out black because I premix and all ways
Tend to do the mix a little rich to be safe I deffo think it needs up jetting tho

Okay so still want to know what jet size should I be on roughly

Okay I'll look into the jetting but bike runs really well with jet it has I'm not saying it the right jet but I thought it would have a white plug if lean

Right I'm having temp issues so just thought I would ask see if I'm running the right jet I've got a Athena 170 kit hand made exhaust blaster 200 reeds open air filter mikuni tm35 carb what jet would people recommend

I've got A new radiator new pump it's a brand new top end all new cooling hoses good quality Coolent no air locks digital temp gauge so I can see what's going on and the bike is getting to hot it's getting to like 110 115 and personally I think that's way to hot I even have a cooling fan not a pc one a proper radiator fan to help with air flow when I'm off roading and I just carnt seem to get control of the temps which is why I'm wanting to try a twin radiator set up

How do I go about plumbing it all up just y piece it all In?

@Glynn123 that may be the case but mine is not good enough for what I'm doing with it hence the post

It's a shame I don't have a dt200 one cause that would bolt straight on

@Calum I do have a set of wr200 radiators from a previous project but there are smaller in size than the dtr is it worth doing both or just simply adding the 1 extra they are shiny alloy so they look a lot nicer

@Calum okay then I won't bother with that what second radiator can I use

@Calum mine is also getting hot it's Athena 170 tm35 blaster 200 vforce reeds and few more bits need to keep them temps down wich I'm struggling to do I've got waterless coolent ready to go but I want to add another radiator and see how that helps I run a cooling fan to and still gets to like 98

@Glynn123 and because mine runs hot I do alot of like tight green laning 1st and 2nd not much air flow

Is it possible to do twin radiator on dtr 125 as I don't have a oil bottle and it just looks empty so was thinking of putting radiator there if so what are my options

@Calum are they a bolt on or need modifications

Okay mate I have seen a dtr with a shock with a external reservoir on it not sure what the shock was off tho

The shock does need replacing so I all ways look for an upgrade befor putting another stock one on
