    Check the fuelvalve and the filters in it. Also make sure fuelline has no kinks, and no blocked fuelfilter.

        @jens-eskildsen so if the flow is blocked I get a high idle?

          @declan It'll do that if the bike runs really lean, but should cut out pretty quickly.

          I'd check the petcock as well. Ensure nothing is blocked.

              Blocked fuel = lean = high idle, so yeah.

                @jens-eskildsen so I took it out and there was dog hair in the tank but tbh it didn’t look too bad I might add I was accidentally running it on reserve all this time as I didn’t know which way was which so I blew through the “on” position and it was a lot more restrictive than I would have thought is this normal?, I then sprayed wd40 through there to hopefully clear any bits our then plopped it on and runs pretty good

                  There should be a steady flow, and it should be the same in "on" af "res" setting.
                  Did you disassemble the petcock entirely?
