Dt125re 2004 servo

So my bike very heated and blown the top end. So I stripped it down disconnected the power valve etc and now i have fixed it all the power valve servo pulls 1 way when I turn the key and will not return like it did before anyone any ideas?

Yes, if the engine hasn't been run, then the servo will only sweep one way. Then when the engines running, the powervalve moves. Then if you turn the engine on and off, it'll do the full cycle again.

I had this when my CDI went faulty.
Could be that you haven't adjusted it appropriately, or the cables are the wrong way around.
Disconnect the cables from the valve then do it. Does it still do it,.

How do these ride with the power valve pinned open.

@Jgb19830 Okay, yeah how interested. CDI could be faulty.
I'm not sure how they work under the hood.
