@pedrobatista10 Less bling and a bit plain for me.

hi guys
last bits of carbon installed
photos are similiar to the last ones, and you cant see very well the carbon on the rear wheel, but thats the best i could do. im not good with photography i guess :smiling_face_with_open_mouth_cold_sweat:
-
@pedrobatista10 Looking mighty fine there bud - top job!!! :thumbs_up_medium-light_skin_tone: :thumbs_up_medium-light_skin_tone: :thumbs_up_medium-light_skin_tone:
-
@pedrobatista10 BTW - Brighter lighting would show up the shiny carbon parts more.
-
thanks!!
a photographer asked me if he could make a session with my bike, i said yes of course. so i hope soon i will have real photos to show you guys
and i will put a tyga silencer to try to win the bike of the month competition
-
@pedrobatista10 You've got this mate.
-
yesterday i ride the bike to my work, and when i was back on the final of the day, near my home, a rider tried to pass me and crashed.
with the rush to help the guy i left the bike in bad position :face_with_open_mouth_cold_sweat:
broke the end of the clutch lever. and little scratch on the fairing.
i think with this racing levers is possible to replace just the final end. if not need to spend 100€ again on a new lever.
the rider is ok, and i learned a new lesson, always check for the bike position :smiling_face_with_open_mouth_cold_sweat:

@pedrobatista10 Aww FFS!
What a nightmare! Hope it's all okay.
Some old lady reversed into my Mazda this morning and drove off! I chased her down to pay for the damage!
Not good all round
-
@pedrobatista10 DAMNNN that's a bugger! You should be able to buy just a replacement lever, have a look on-line for it.
-
im already in contact with supplier of twm, lets see if i can. but no way im going to use the bike with broken lever, after all of this cash invested, i want the bike to be perfect
-
@pedrobatista10 Anytime the bike gets dropped and hits the tarmac, those levers will break. Hence why MX and SM bikes use hand guards. You could either move the levers in a bit or lengthen your bars with some nice bar ends. As that way the bars will hit the ground first and may well protect your levers too.
-
im thinking in this tyga covers.
https://mmgracingstore.com/en/brake-lever-guard/802-carbon-brake-lever-protection-tyga.html
but i think the bike its prettier without covers, but sometimes its better to play safe. this time was the clutch next time can be the brembo rcs
-
@pedrobatista10 No you misunderstand, I am thinking more about this type;
-
oh yes, i had ones but they fell of. need to find ones that fit well on melotti handlebars
-
@pedrobatista10 These any good???
