I just got my dt running and when dricing it just stops at very low rpms it has a giannelli pipe 28 mikuni with 260(main) 20(pilot) jets and ypvs servo is in use and a rebored cylinder to like 57.5mm. And the bike is restricted also the gren nd black wire is touching ground. So what could be the problem heres a video

I installed this wire, its somewhere in the middle of the bike(under the seat) and the cut-out was gone. I dont know if it will help you, but I had 3RM-00 CDI and it was the older style of a DT but this little mod fixed it. You might have a different wiring loom since you have a newer style of a DT, but Im just posting here what helped me with getting rid of this problem. Anyway there is a solution to that problem.

@valtteri sounds very similar to problem I had with my Old 89 dtr and that was the spark plug breaking down. Revved fine at standstill it only happened under load iirc. I may be wrong but it's quite a simple test to swap the plug. Best of luck to you.
