Dt 125r dyno

I dynoed the dt it produced 13hp full power. There is this streetbike with dt engine that produced 14hp on dyno. The dyno is diy one. It doesnt like for some reason big bikes with small mopeds it works quite good.

I have giannelli exhaust but even here says stock. How does yamaha have so shitty engines because every other 2 stroke 125cc 1990-2019 makes more power.

It's designed to be commuted on daily with virtually zero maintenance.

There were a few differences depending on region. But 15 Hp is about what I'd expect to see out of a factory DTR.

A pipe will make a difference and a decent CDI.

The rest will be marginal gains.

That DTR in the video is heavily modified. It doesn't even have an airbox.
