Jet sizes
-
Again!
I believe (from searching) that the standard 28mm flatside carb is 210? (Mine has what appears to be a 180) I want to get the standard size jets as a jumping off point, can anyone tell me the standard main and pilot jet sizes please?
I have searched for both with nothing on the pilot...P.S. are the needles marked for size, and if they are, how/where?...
Cheers!...

I would say your best bet for Jetting would be starting with a 210 main jet found in 04 to 07 models. Set the needle clip one up for the lowest position, wind the air mixture screw (from all the way in) to around a 1/4 turn and start from there!
** assuming you’ve got a standard Mikuni TM28 Flatslide Carb!
