Merry Xmas

Hope everyone’s wrapped up warm enjoying some presents to themselves and eating yesterday’s sausage rolls

@stevie-wonder merry Christmas to you and all. So, the most important question, did anyone get any bike bits, tools or accessories etc for Christmas?

I came home to a delivery from CMSL (or whatever the sites called) for some OEM brake perch bolts having feared I’d let mine go walkies... not too good when you still have and wanna keep your original hand guards
I also got blessed with a warm place to keep and work on my bikes that’s dry, undercover and warm! I’m one very happy chappy.
I’m thinking about treating my bike to a 3et 200r headlight for Christmas but logic dictates I should actually get her running and back on the road first

Dude! Somewhere dry and warm to tinker around truly is a blessing
Winter sucks dry shit through a tight straw ( it sucks hard!)
If you can avoid stripped nuts and skinned knuckles, it’s all good! -
@stevie-wonder the warm dry workshop/storage is the ultimate present for anyone who own a motorcycle. That’s just what I need, so pleased for you on that one.

A nice little shed, garage or workshop is a blessing. It’s something that’ll hinder anyone ability to work properly or have a comfortable space to learn in and make mistakes.
But more importantly it’s somewhere safe (at least we all hope), warm and protects our lovely old babies away from the british weather that preys on them. Nothing little a little place to call your own and to tinker in especially now we’re in tier 4

I’ve pretty much built, run and maintained my bike through working in my front or back garden or sat in my room, it’s been fun to say the least

The most I ever had was a pre fab council garage that had no electric or light. I used to use old Fray Bentos pie tins with old engine oil and makeshift wicks as lamps! Caveman stuff...
Some of the best stuff is made this way, needs force musts when you’re baked and cold ...
