    The one on the left is the mikuni tms28 carb that comes standard on the dt

      I know that mate I'm planning on using that one but I haven't got the inserts pin and lid trying to source those parts the,but the small mikuni should that run my bike OK ?? As I'm having troubles with it ATM but I'm going to go through the carb setting guide you have posted

          I'm pretty sure that some dts had a different carb than the tm28ss and it was 26mm bore.

                    That's what's happening this is my problem atm it's running far to rich how do I combat this ?

                            That should be the top of the Mikuni carb
