    Yeah the balancer shaft MUST be timed up with the engine else you will get massive vibrations through the handlebars. Like hand numbimg vibrations.

      Yeah, there is a dot on both the primary gear and the balancer shaft output gear.

      When the piston is at TDC those two dots should be aligned.

      To be honest, it should be possible to reallign it with the engine in the frame, and really isn't that big of a job.

      Obviously you won't know where TDC is, but just turn the cogs until they the primary shaft dot is on the left on the horizontal plane. The slide in the balancer shaft cog. No biggie.

          Check they balanced the clutch properly as this also causes vibration if not built correctly,good luck bud 😉

            Ah yeah forgot about the clutch.

            I know when it's really bad your hands go numb, that tends to be the balancer shaft.

                @andrewj1680 Perfect.

                As said redo the clutch plates and ensure the clutch has been balanced properly.

                I forgot about that.

                If it's not that , then just ensure all the engine mounts are done up properly.

                          @andrewj1680 Ah has it come away then?

                          That doesn't look good. Best replace those cogs.

                            Its only the waterpump 1 whatever theey used to glue it has melted the propeller so it must of been running at nearly a 45 degree angle nowonder i had vibrations, just not sure if i am able to get the oil baffle plate as its bent it
