    Yeah, there is a dot on both the primary gear and the balancer shaft output gear.

    When the piston is at TDC those two dots should be aligned.

    To be honest, it should be possible to reallign it with the engine in the frame, and really isn't that big of a job.

    Obviously you won't know where TDC is, but just turn the cogs until they the primary shaft dot is on the left on the horizontal plane. The slide in the balancer shaft cog. No biggie.

    @Calum thanks mate sounds easy enough I'll try get it apart over the next couple of days i have noticed even just on idle you can feel the vibration so its looking like thats all the problem is

      Check they balanced the clutch properly as this also causes vibration if not built correctly,good luck bud 😉

        Ah yeah forgot about the clutch.

        I know when it's really bad your hands go numb, that tends to be the balancer shaft.

            @andrewj1680 Perfect.

            As said redo the clutch plates and ensure the clutch has been balanced properly.

            I forgot about that.

            If it's not that , then just ensure all the engine mounts are done up properly.

                    I dont understand why someone would go through whole process of rebuilding a engine and the to glue a plastic cog which ive just ordered new is only £13 gets me

                      That doesn't look good. Best replace those cogs.

                        Its only the waterpump 1 whatever theey used to glue it has melted the propeller so it must of been running at nearly a 45 degree angle nowonder i had vibrations, just not sure if i am able to get the oil baffle plate as its bent it
