    @calum

    Sweet they are Cal ive done it all top to bottom on them both, only thing i aint done is respoke the wheels. Ive been using the Purple one recently, I did 30 miles on it last night. People either love it or hate it lol, I love it. Along with the 90 model Red one the Purple one is probably the rarest DTR you can get. One thing I can say is try and track down a set of plastics for one of these. It took me 2 years lol. The Black one is sat in the garage under a sheet with a Sky Blue 88. Had them both on ebay the other week, took the Purple one off before it finished and let the Black one finish, didnt get offered the right money for it and I wont sell them to kids lol so its still here but I dont mind. No Portuguese plastics and cheap ebay decals here mate.

    @scrimsmustang That's nuts.

    It would be criminal to sell these bikes to kids. I was 17 when I got mine and I cherished it, although I did get it stolen and it's butchered now (for your standards).

    But not all 17 year olds are going to ruin it.

      No 17 year olds are going to get them lol, they can stay where they are to be honest. Old DTR,s are better than money in the bank now.

            @scrimsmustang My dad has just gone and bought (a dog) an DT400B.

            He is an absolute perfectionist, when that's finished I will throw some photos up.

                The 400,s are thee worst DT,s ever made gutless heavy slow I wont go on just I will say the 250,s coming in a close second. My 125 and 175MX,s run rings round my mates 250.

                    @scrimsmustang Yeah, I think it's more of a nostalgia thing. He had the 125 as a teen so likes the styling.

                    At the end of the day, he has had Ninjas etc and is just looking for a retro ride.

                    I'm surprised at how small it is.

                                      Looks like someone is going to get my Black H reg DTR for next to nothing considering the work thats went into it and the hour and hours tracking down parts, finishes in a couple of hours. Makes it all seem a waste of time and not worth it, if it ends on what its on now I hope the winner is a messer I would rather keep it than let it go for that price.
