So it's not electronically controlled. A spring adjusts its opening RPM. And it just pops open lol

They bought my TSR aswell, also better than a DTR in my opinion, handle better 10 times better brakes and suspension but cant touch the CRM lol
wrote on 30 Oct 2017, 10:21 last edited by@scrimsmustang Lol. I believe it coming from you. If anyone else said it I'd have thought they were just bashing the DTR lol.
It's not as pretty as the DTR or honda though.

Husqvarna Husaberg TM 125 they will a piss all over a DTR, The fastest 125 trail bike I have come across by far is the Honda CRM that makes a DTR seem like a 50 lol with or without a 170 kit or a WR200 engine the CRM will piss all over a DTR200 or WR200 once derestricted.
wrote on 30 Oct 2017, 12:02 last edited by@scrimsmustang don't think it will win over a wr200 but you're right, they are powerful. I Wonder how Honda manages to squeeze out 30 bhp and how Yamaha only ~20 bhp. Seems odd.

I doubt the crm has a genuine 30bhp. I've got a nsr125 with basically the same engine as the crm. Doesn't 'feel' that much faster than my dtr, wether that's just down to the gearing, as the nsr has alot longer legs.

@declan Yeah right, KDX's were poo! I think that number has been massaged slightly. But you know, not impossible figure.
-
@calum what year you on about mate it seems the old 89 ish were 36 then the “newer” ones around 26
wrote on 30 Oct 2017, 14:59 last edited by@declan Old 89 ones being 36. Definitely not then lol.
I dunno, I could be talking absolute brown. I've been on a 1991 KDX125 and it wasn't exactly savage. And they reckon they are 24bhp. Which again I doubt.
But as said, long time ago and I have no reference any more.
