    Hi
I Recently brought a used exhaust off ebay for £65

I think the guy said it was off a 1990, It has 3MB14610 on it.
My bike is a 2003 DTR, Have I wasted my money?

It's been painted and looks in good nick, but neither of the silencers I have will fit it...

    0_1528712190005_IMG_1268.jpg

    0_1528712211047_IMG_1270 2.jpg

Does anyone know if either the Dep or Big One can will fit this front pipe ?

Should I just buy a full big one system ? Or should I just buy the can first and hope it fits ?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

@dtr2003 That looks like a Big one exhaust. As it's an aftermarket part maybe only their end cans will fit it, due to the angle of the outlet. Either that or the outlet has been bent? If its in good nick then just get a Big one end can and your sorted. 😉

Looks fairly stock to me. Clue would be in the weight. If it weighs a ton then it's stock.

OOOPPPSSS! My bad I didn't spot the heat shield brackets, so yes I concur that sure looks like a stock pipe. I had a DEP end can on mine which fitted perfectly. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

That muffler was already on the bike when I brought it about 8 years ago...
I've never seen another like that.

It has "type e11 bs au 193/t3.4" engraved on the side, but nothing comes up on google 🤔

Hi @DTR2003 that front pipe is standard as i have a 2003 dt as well and the silencer is cheap universal piece of crap that are gold at the minute on ebay for £20 new. If your after a decent exhaust for your 2003 i have a Gianelli on mine with matching proper Gianelli silencer if your interested, will take some photos if you want as still on
my bike.Depending on how much you want to spend also have a chrome dep front pipe with a very very rare genuine yamaha polished stainless steel silencer if your after something that looks as good as it goes. Dep on this bike.0_1528970223193_1new.jpg

@2stroketerry I've just brought a new big one silencer and it fits, so I'm sorted for now.

Which silencer have u got on it that picture?

The silencer is a genuine Yamaha option part and is made of polished stainless steel so has a realy nice sound to it.

@pedro1970 DTR, or DTRE bud? 08 Indicates it's an RE, but obviously an R could have been late registering.

Will want to know which model since the R and RE have slightly different frames.
