    Hi there!

    I have a DT125 RE with a oem fork, but 17"17" wheels ( DTRE\DTR HUB)

But i want to put a 320mm brake disk.

Any ideias for a disk plug-n-play on the DTR hub?
How do you guys do it ? and the caliper suport ?

    Tks

Or other hub\wheel solution 17" that fits in DTR oem forks

@karumaspt I had this problem with my DTX SM wheels when I fitted USD forks. I’m almost certain you cannot get a 320mm disc with the same stud pattern and PCD as the DT hub unfortunately, the biggest I could find was the DTX/WRX disc which is 300mm if I remember right. You’ll have to make your own calliper spacer aswell as I don’t think anybody makes them off the shelf for this platform, but there is a drawing with dimensions that used to float around the forums and it’s not too difficult to make.

From memory I'm not aware of any direct swap discs for the DT-R hub so would assume that you need to have one custom made for the job. I have the same issue with my DT200WR as it uses a unique front hub that no other bike does so tune up parts are non-existent.

The front hub from the Italian TDR125 holds a 320mm Brembo disc but would need lacing into your rim unless you want to stick with the TDR's 18 front wheel.

Personally I'd either go with the DT-X front forks or get a disc custom made along with caliper mounting bracket.
