Thanks I really appreciate it. If I get rebore would I have to get new piston and if so what size@oisin When you rebore you need a larger piston. The piston should be supplied at time of rebore to ensure tolerances are matched. The borer will advise what piston to go with.
Once you go to a certain bore size, the powervalve must be modifed to avoid fouling the piston.

@Oisin The cylinder has been rebored and honed with a quality
Namura piston kit, comes complete with modified powervalve and a brand new Japanese little end bearing. Has been re-painted in VHT met silver. £200 plus delivery
