      Just curious what people think of the after market clutch cables for the dt, have you used any ? If so what do you recommend

        I had no end of problems with aftermarket ones.

        Apparently SlinkyGlide are supposed to be good quality though.

          Same as calum genuine if possible I've had my dt many years and still don't have a proper clutch cable the cheap ebay ones didn't even remotely fit my bikes still using a clutch cable from a 50cc motorbike it works okay with a spacer I will get round to getting one eventually

                I’m using a Slinky and it’s actually not bad. It is very unrestrictive and easy to channel. It’s super flexible...

                In my very limited experience I would recommend it...

                    @mhbikesnbits I am using a genuine one,old NOS if I recall correctly.I have made a modified backup from an XT600 (early model that has the clutch arm on the same side as the DT) was used but in excellent condition.
