@SpookDog i dont see one. here are some pics

-
It might be a different colour on account of the weird RN thing…
From what I’ve read people move the reed switch then cut & earth a black/green wire…
@SpookDog i think if i take the other bikes wiring diagram with black green and then my wiring diagram and then determine witch wire does what. like compare the wire colors for example its bike has red wire as power mine has orange. just a example not reality.

Hang on bud! Your bike is a Dt125RN you said? Did you mean a Dtr125 3rn? This would make more sense!
Just counted CDI wires on the 3rn diagram in my Haynes manual and it says 11 wires from the CDI. How many have you got?…
I’m just curious cause it doesn’t show the reed switch or any wiring to the speedo on the diagram, guess they wouldn’t show the restriction though!…

@SpookDog i also looked under the speedo and there is a white little box with blue and green red wire coming out of it. i tought it was a light but when i looked it had a little space between 2 metal thingies in it and it was covered with glass. Is that the reed switch?
@Mr-Shadi this is a reed switch. If you look at it, it looks to be a broken fuse. When the speedo hits 61 mph it sends an electro magnetic signal and closes the switch which retards the ignition and closes the powervalve back up. Either move it far away from the clocks so the magnet can't reach it or cut it off and keep the wires apart.

We need to find out what wires need to be cut and earthed. On my tzr 4hw there are 2 wires that have been cut, joined and earthed by previous owners. A black with lavender-blue stripe and a grey…
-
@SpookDog that would be the thing if there was a good electrical scheme of my 4bl 1997 bike
-
I’ll look for a 4bl (I’ve never heard of a 4BL, you sure it’s not 4DL?) wiring diagram…
It is bl just checked
-
@Mr-Shadi i moved the reed switch, cut wires and did a lot of things but when the reed is out of its slot the bike won't rev over 6k in 2nd 3rd 4th 5th and 6th gear, but when the reed is in its slot it only doesn't rev when 80km/h. I even pulled the reed out a little bit and it didnt rev over 6k. Very weird

Hey guys, my CDI has 2 plugs with like 4 wires coming out and plugging into themselfs, has anyone seen this before or should I send a picture to this chat? Its at least weird but Thats how i bought the bike

@Mr-Shadi you have the 4BL model, that's the later one with the reed switch but I guess you must have the restricted 3RM-10 CDI?
-
@SpookDog sorry for not being active i had stuff to do. yeah its a 4bl not a dl, if u google 4bl this bike will come up and its exactly my bike
and the reed switch i already drew it was green/red and a blue one

@Mr-Shadi i searched for wiring diagrams and i found one very pixelated one that showed the reed switch and its just 2 wires that go in to the cdi with nothing in between and there were 18 wires.
Any progress?…
It is weird that it activates if you move it away from its spot. Are there any other wires going into your speedometer apart from the read switch ones you’ve mentioned, and the two for the bulb? (blue & black on mine) I’m wondering if the ‘activator’ in the speedo is electrical or magnetic/mechanical in some way…
