Hi guys i recently bought the first year of giannelli exhaust ( didnt bought the silencer , already have athena) .
And now when its warm and everything i want to nicely rev it and it almost stalls so i took it for a ride and when i WOT it kicked like crazy and went crazy fast but when i close the throttle, bike didnt go back to rpm and slowly stalled so i wanted to bumb started it but she didnt let me .
So i had to wait and then it would go but i want allowed to close the throttle.
So back home i switched the exhaust and it ran normal again but it was hella slow....
What should i do ?
( i run 30mm mikuni and have a little bigger hole in airbox) -

@Vcelicka Is this pipe used?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v7u27ITL8vMI have had problems before where gunk has got lodged in the exhaust pipe causing the bike to just not run properly. That video gives a good idea of how they cleaned theirs out.

It was a second hand pipe then? Could be clogged up…
Don’t explain why your old pipe that was fine before should be running wrong…I’d look beyond the pipe…
PS Is the Athena tailpipe clear? It’s the only thing that’s common to both pipes…

@SpookDog
PITA ? little update i cleaned the pipe , there was a little carbon build up but not much . Now when i rode it up a little hil (10% incline) it did missed put when i WOT and sputter.
And the powervalve adjustment leaks oil out of nowhere…Where is the problem now?

PITA= Pain In The Ass…
If you have black 2T oil coming out of the power valve servo housing, the orange oil seal probably needs replacing…
Unless you have accidentally mucked something up when you were changing over the exhausts, you’re going to have to go back to square one. IE re clean the carb, clean the plug and check the cap and HT lead. Everything that can affect running…
Double check the exhaust gasket, try refitting it with some RTV silicon sealant…
PS it can sometimes get oily when the bike is running rich or misfiring a lot, in my experience. It’s basically unburnt 2T oil…It’s missing for a reason, you just have to find the culprit…
