I just need a 16mm window this is a original nissin pump that broke near the handle, my dad took it to work to weld but the guy that welded forgot to remove the window and the plastic melted, in the Chinese websites I don't see anyone selling 16mm and even original kits don't include the plastic window

Hello, I'm looking to get a oil level window, but there's many sizes, I have measured 16,75mm at the end of the cone and on the edge where the window will seat against 16,35, not sure if I should get a 16 or a 17mm

Thank you 🫡 I will try this weekend to get it in place, I should have taken a picture of it before disassembly, and I remember when I took it apart my though was "this won't be easy to put together again" I was right

What's the position of the spring that unites the headlight to the support, I took it apart a few months ago and I can't see how I will put these together since the spring looks small in any position I tried

@Hybrid_Theory01 the cables worked just fine, power valve is working

@SpookDog @Calum 's theory sounds acurate, 2 diferent Pump types, but the engine might be a little diferent i think 1 type has 3 bolts and the other 4 for the cover

@Calum Yes, i have a Kick start DTR with 4bl engine and I have 1 cover my friend has other 4bl engine just with diferent cover

@HOTSHOT-III yes you are right 25 mm is for the top, the bottom damper Bolt requires 62 mm, i used a new Copper washer but not loctite since Yamaha manual does not mention it

Hey guys, my CDI has 2 plugs with like 4 wires coming out and plugging into themselfs, has anyone seen this before or should I send a picture to this chat? Its at least weird but Thats how i bought the bike

Why are there 2 diferent covers for the autolube Pump on the DT 125 R?

@SpookDog yes I have that Wire connected to the Key switch, my interest is to keep the on off Button, i Will rewire it to the black and white cable, even tho it really doesent affect the Spark since the aditional resistance is insignificant

@HOTSHOT-III i have 2 cables that i bought like 8 months ago and 2 endings ill try to find some measures cause the engine isnt mounted on the frame right now, thank you

@Calum I removed the Bolt system, and the black and white Wire is connected directly to the Key ignition switch, thats the cable that Originaly has the red Button doing the job right?

Both cables have the same size?? Any One knows the lenght of the cables? I have 1 snapped and Im planing to make One with a steel cable from a bike's braking system

@SpookDog yep the guy had a hidden Killswitch in this Wire like a Bolt that when unscrewed cutted the current to the coil

@SpookDog previous owner installed a cut switch, this Wire goes to the switch and comes back to the coil primary feeds 12 volts to make the induction in the 2nd coil to generate high tension
