I've had another look and still cant find one, but from looking in the haynes wiring diagrams there is no fuse on the DTRE and X models?

No power from batterywhere is the fuse located? I looked around the battery but couldn't find it.

No power from batteryMy bike was idling while putting my gear on then just cut out, all lights on the clocks went out too. Used the kick start and it started again but the lights flicker as if its only running off the generator? I checked the battery with a multi-meter and it is still charged but the voltage doesn't increase when the bike is held at high revs.

Airbox hose & engine hoseDo you mean part number 17 on the picture and im pretty sure that's the crankcase breather.

Dtr125 CDI/Powervalve issueThis is exactly what mine did and it turned out to be the CDI but on the wires that recieved voltage it was a really low amount for less than a second to make it twitch, I was lucky and found one for £25 on ebay, you can also try searching for CDI from the Derbi GPR125 2T as im pretty sure its the same.
There's one in France for slightly cheaper than you have found.

Forum Corneryeah, they're road legal and Restricted but theres also a 200cc version. Pretty much Suzuki's competitor for the DT i think, doesn't seem like it sold too well though.

Forum CornerYou also could have got one of these around that time.
They're fairly uncommon as well, have one in my garage in pretty poor condition.

Power valve clearanceI had my cylinder rebored and put the power valve back in but it looks like it sticks out further than the cylinder wall and could be hit by the piston. Whats the best way to reduce the size of the valve ?

Tight crank shaft nutGot the nut off now, used
@MIGHTYMAN 's advice and put the engine back in the frame. Thanks guys -
Tight crank shaft nutThere wasn't a tab washer on either side but this is the side that's tight.
-
Tight crank shaft nutSo I'm doing my first engine rebuild and I'm stuck at undoing be crankshaft nut, I cannot get it to move, is it supposed to be extremely tight? The one on the other side wasn't anywhere near as tight.

DTR Build UpHow long did it last? because i've recently replaced the head gasket on mine with a cheap one.

Temp Gauge for DT125XI think i will just buy the gauge as it seems the easiest option, although i do prefer the DTR clocks but i don't really want to be cutting into my wiring. Iv'e had enough electrical issues from an aftermarket alarm a previous owner put on.

Temp Gauge for DT125XIs there no way to use the sensor from the Older model DT to put on a temp gauge? but otherwise Do you mean something like this?
-
Temp Gauge for DT125Xis that using the standard sensor?

Temp Gauge for DT125XHi
Is there any way to put a temperature gauge on to a DT125X, I know that the older models had one but there's only a light on newer models. i only ask as recently I've had overheating issues and wanted to keep an eye on the temperature more accurately.

Gianelli vs. DEPI don't know if there's a difference between the DTR and DTX exhausts, but I recently bought the Full gianelli system for my DTX to replace my DEP Expansion and Big one silencer, I cant say that I've noticed much performance difference between them though. I only replaced it because it was rusty and both parts of the exhaust didn't match.

DT125X Servo doesnt moveOkay, I can finally say that the problem is solved!!! Bought a CDI off eBay for £30 recieved it today, fitted it and now the servo turns as its supposed to when the ignition is turned. It will be good to finally have some low down power.
Now to move on tuning it for the New exhaust.
