Anyone know the measurements of a standard radiator , need a tad but it’s not for a dt frame but is for a dt engine , the standard dt rad won’t work for my application
@Calum no no I’m not saying Rev it to that I understand that I was saying the cdis can do that I’m asking what kind of rpms yous Rev your engines to
Hi I’m thinking about getting a zeeltronic soon and I know they are capable of revving to 20,000rpm I’m just wondering what these dt engines like to rev to ? (Safe to rev to )
So I’ve got my dt125 swapped rs50 up and running and been daily driving it for a couple of weeks I’ve just been going easy until i get jetting sorted but I couldn’t resist I pinned it up to 6th a couple of times and even if you let off the slightest and try to accelerate again it will just bog until you pull the clutch in and allow the revs to drop can anyone give me some advice on why it would be doing this

Right so I’m converting a rs50 with a dt125 engine me and a few mates have tried every wiring diagram for my engine it’s a 3bn I’ve had 2 3nc-00 cdi nither of them worked 1 working and tested stator but still no spark I’m going to pick up a 3rm cdi tomorrow I belive it’s a 3rm-10 or 20 I’m not to sure I just want to double check that this will %100 work on my engine ?

Right so I’ve got a 3BN03 y-1 engine here I’ve taken the stator off due to no spark and using the Haynes Manuel it’s seems to have a 3RME stator in does this matter are they all interchangeable ? It’s the round one with 6 charging and 1 spark I carnt find anything to that engine code in the Haynes Manuel !!!!

Hi I’ve got a issue with my mates 1997 dt125 when he has the power jet connected the it won’t rev past 8.5k when removed it does the same but if he blocks both ends it revs all the way any ideas

Hi im having massive issues finding a 4bl cdi can i just use a 3nc-00 cdi on my 4bl ? Will that work ?i saw someone mention something about static angle ect so not sure if it would work
