@Calum so i got it together it ran well when i started it in the garage but when i went for a ride when riding it doesnt have power and doesnt rev over 7k rpm when in neutral doesnt go over 9k but powervalve is working and no weird noises from the engine im completly clueless

okay but i took it apart anyway and yes it was the headgasket again dont know how but now the cylinder is also warped maybe it was before but i didnt notice it anyway i dont know head and cylinder are both resurfaced now and ill get a new gasket tomorrow will also put a bit of "engine glue" idk how to translate it but hopefully it will now finally hold

okay but how would those explain the significant loss of coolant through the overflow tank?

@Calum yes i used a athena head gasket and its 100% in the right orientation.
also what saams to be wierd is that its spewing out coolant from the overflow tank but there is no pressure in the system when you remove the radiator cap even when its really hot. It also doesn't seem to be burning coolant

yeah so it ran for 600km with no problem then started randomly getting really hot and spewing coolant out just like before so now i had to bring it home with a trailer (again) and ill disassemble the head tomorrow to see what the problem is now.

did the process the original gap was about 0,1mm got it down to zero put it together with a new standard gasket and it holds! also it has more compression now then ever before and i can feel that it has more power

okay found a solution that i completly forgot a large piece of glass + fine wet sandpaper and it should to the trick the cylinder itself is completly fine

i sadly cant skim the head because i dont have the machines myself and in my country its a rather ellusive and expensive thing
where could i find the copper gasket and will it make the compression go down?
and about the o-ring can i let the machining be done at a lathe here by the dimensions on the pjme site and if i switch to o-ring its just the o-ring or is it the o-ring+headgasket

So i have a problem my cylinder head is slightly scratched and a little bent so the regular metal gasket doesnt seal it (coolant gets in the bore) but i found a solution a athena composite head gasket that nicely squished the head together but it was time for a rebuild and i had to tear it down tried to fit a normal headgasket but that didnt hold (found out the hard way) so im in need of the thicker athena composite headgasket but i cant find it anywhere and i cant remember what store i bought it from.

Ive alrady made a design for the bracket and just to clarify i want to run dtr forks and dtr brake caliper with wr wheels

Or can i just use the template you provided above and put some spacers on the caliper end?

I sadly cant get the brake setup and i want to keep the wheels interchangable so im going to have to use the dt brakes. Isnt there a mockup of something like that anywhere?

Isnt it suposed to have a offset? Also it says dtx caliper in the picture i want to use the dtr caliper

Does anyone have the dimensons for the adapter plate when running wr125x supermoto wheels with the 298mm disc with dtr's stock caliper?

@Calum i can get the forks and adepter plate and everything but my main problem is the wheels i cant seem to find them anywhere only on ebay from uk but some stupidly worn down wheels cost 300 pounds + shipping + toll fees

Hi, does anyone know where to get dt/wr supermoto wheels? I cant seem to find them anywhere. And i wouldn't want to buy new ones for 1000€. The bike itself cost 2000€
