      Looking good so far

      How much did the work cost for the tuning?

          @andrewj1680 I can't say I really notice much of a difference on my bike. I seriously must not have it set up properly

            @calum my bike was seriously gutless I thought maybe it had been treated like a baby all it's life and having only done just over 4000miles it wanted a good thrashing to liven it up but it never did seem to break free, once I had the cylinder and head done it pulled hard for a 125 anyway lol

              @andrewj1680 Right, makes sense.

              My bike already had zeeltronic and I thought it pulled fairly hard regardless.

                @calum maybe that's why you didn't feel much from it as I know with zeeltronic you can programme the way the powervalve comes in so it comes in stronger where as I think Yamaha bring it in gradually, I might not feel much difference from the 200 being done as my 125 didnt have the servo fitted so when the powervalve does come on it comes on strong anyway where as I'm running the 200 on the wr loom and management along with the 5 wire servo

                  How radical is the porting compared to standard? I'm guessing you can specify what type of tune you want, or is it like the old Stan Stevens stage 1, 2, 3 system?

                    I'm normally asked what I want from the bike so I'm guessing he will time it to meet your needs, I don't hang around and don't like to sit in traffic so I just tell him to go all out with it

                      Will be interested to hear how it rides on the road when built up.

                      Can't beat a healthy two stroke on the road πŸ™‚

                        My dtr pulls hard all the way to red line with the cylinder and head he did for that, it used to drop off top end however it doesn't anymore, imo it's worth the money

                          @nottsbiker Yeah it's not really stage this stage that.

                          It's more, I run the bike 10K plus and thus the porting should accomodate this, I.E. very late port timings causing lots of lost air and fuel below peak power, or I want punchy mid range, which would tell him how it should be ported.

                            I think I'd go for mid range as most of my riding is around the city centre and quick get aways with an easy wheelie or two is ideal for me πŸ™‚

                                          @ricky0115 You basically compress the spring. which allows you to remove the retaining washer. It then just slides off.
