@oldman mothers polish does a good job, I seem to be enjoying building this 1 nice and slow, normally I'm dying to get it back together at this point. I'm surprised you decided to do another It will take alot to top the red build

Cause FMF is better than DEP lol, Giannelli is better quality also, did have Pro Circuit from a WR200 on a DT125R with a Lanza motor in it i built for my mate a few years ago and that was terrible quality but the tailpipe was ok. Mind you it was cheap at the time, they also did a bolt on for a DT200R guess the quality of them would be terrible also.

Was thinking of gianelli for the 89, did you rejet or run standard on the dtr you fitted it to? And I a hate spell check, kept changing it to Llanelli!

Had one on my black green 1990, ran stock jets stock needle clip stock mixture screw, ran sweet as a nut pulled crisp with pinned open powervalve no servo didnt run lean nice plug colour. I would have though if a slight up on the main but no it was fine stock.
