I find my self sitting right on the tank and it’s a pain for off reading as I keep smashing my nuts into the tank I scoot back but always find my self back on the tank can you tell if my foam has been cut and styled?

Yeah to be honest, the DT isn't really the best offroader. It's good for light trials but serious offroad bikes tend to have a flat seat all together.

@calum I’m a fan of the flat seats but it’s not really easy to achieve that look with the dt

Never had a problem riding trails and some technical stuff on my DTRE, shouldn't be sitting down anyway 😉
              Trials style the way

@glynn123 I don't have enough experience to comment, but that was my thoughts exactly. I thought you were supposed to straddle the bike, not sit on it.

@calum knees bent and out, aggressive stance on the bike and let it move between your legs, works wonders offroad 😃

@calum I've been off a bike since September, and wasn't riding very often since about the February before that, I'm no better haha
Used to do trials riding, still got the bike but the motivations left me 😂

you could redo it and when you do put more foam in to make it higher at the front personally I think the seats fine I wouldn't change its just the DT's character

@terry-tz I thonk the best option is to force my self to sit back then the roam will wear to me and I won’t end up on the tank
