Lectron carbs

I heard of them, but to be honest with you, just jet a VHSA Carb properly and you'll be laughing.

What size carb did you use on your RE Calum? Also did you have to fit a bigger intake boot? I've heard an early CR 125 34mm manifold and reeds can fit but I'm not sure.

@Glynn123 I run the VHSB Carb on the RS, but that's what they had standard.

The DTR runs a TZR Barrel which ran the VHSA as standard.

I just modified the DTR inlet to fit, but you can get step down inducers as well.

Well i contacted lectron and apparently the lectron carbs wont work on the dtrs so where the heck do i get one from?

What no that's a load of rubbish.

It's just a carb, they clearly are not interested in helping you. You can do what you like, I don't know much about the lectron carb but if you are that interested in one just buy it and fit it.

@Calum Il go for anycarb as long as it dosnt restrict my bike, if you tell me which one togo for il buy it when i can then if you dont mind can you help me set it up as im not to clued up on setting them up, dont want to burn a hole in my piston if you get what i mean

It's a carb, I don't see why it wouldn't work. I don't run stock carbs on my bikes.
