Hey there all. I've been wanting to fit a Dt200 engine into my for a few years now and so when I saw a reasonable priced seized 200 bottom end on eBay I couldn't resist. I however couldn't find a reasonable priced Wr200 barrel with powervalve nor a Dt200 barrel. Eventually I spotted a Sdr200 cylinder on the bay complete with power valve (sadly it doesn't have boost ports like the we 😞 ) and purchased it. Needless to say the crank will be sent for a rebuild. My question is does anyone know if the taper on the flywheel side of the Dt200 crank is the same as the Dt125? Im having trouble finding a 200 stator, flywheel and cdi. I'm hoping at first to be able to run it with the 125 stator and cdi. I know it won't be running at optimum but can anyone confirm if this won't work or will be harmful to the engine or have any ideas. Thanks, Sam

3ET/2YY DT200R stator and flywheel are exactly the same as in DT125R. Only difference is part number stamped on the flywheel.

@autovictor The RE/X Flywheel goes on reverse to that of the DTR and has the starter motor teeth.

So at a guess, I'd say it's not possible without modifications. Woodruff key will be in the wrong place and taper of the crank will be wrong.

@pedrobatista10 there are really a lot of variables when it comes to the condition of a barrel

@Challenger this one, i think its the only one for sale on ebay.

No way, at that price I'd give it a miss!

You definitely want the valve & head.

The crack needs welding, it'll need replating. I've seen entire engines go for not much more than that.

Not worth the gain in my opinion.

Missing the head. If that had the head it would be more of a goer.
