Use a image hosting platform like Googles photos. Imgur, Flickr etc and past the resource link into the page using the "Picture" icon from the text tools above.

I post the pic on Imgur, then click on the pic and choose ‘copy link’ then on this site choose the far right option in the options bar and just paste it in. It took me a while to suss it from my phone. You’ll get there bud... -
@spookdog will have a go at this as I'm using my phone as my laptop has died and my wife would cut bits of me for using her works laptop lol.

You just have to get it so you click the far right ‘button’ it looks like two mountains with a dot moon/sun over the left. It should put up the following text
You just have to paste the link in between the brackets ( ) without leaving any of the ‘image url’ text. I sometimes have to delete the text by hand and replace the last bracket...
