Front Fork Oil
-
A collection of useful notes from the old DTR Forum:
Standard DTR Fork oil is 500ml of 10W Fork Oil
The standard forks are rather weak, that is they tend to bottom out quite easily.By mixing 250mls of 10W and 250 mls of 15W you can get a stiffer, but not too stiff, oil rating of 12.5W
Was the general recommendation by many.
My personaly opinion would be either USD conversion
Or you can buy progressive fork kits for the DTR forks which I imagine would be the better way to go!

More expensive but I would thought the proper way to do it!

Join a WR125 Facebook group or better yet be your own best friend and get a manual so next time you have any issues or queries you have a little magic book.

I uploaded a couple of vids to YT two years ago now, where I tested the Marzocchi forks from my MX, with 20W and 30W fork oil. You can see the difference in compression and rebound between the two oils for-sure;
