Gear indicator
-
Hi guys, i was wondering if i could get gear indicator on my dt? Does anyone have one or some info on them?
No, you would need a sensor built into the gear selector barrel, or rod/forks. Like the neutral switch but more. Then you would need an electronic control unit to count the gears and know when you are shifting up or down. Then a display that would fit in with the rest of the โdashโโฆ
You can get air conditioning though!

Uses a tachosensor/speedsensor and clutch.
Looks snakeoil to me, but always comes up on my eBay feed for Aprilia RS/Cagiva
Yeah, I just skimmed through it. I wouldnโt touch it with a shitty stick!

Iโm embarrassed to admit that I sometimes forget what gear Iโm in, not often! But trying to pull away from the traffic lights in 3rd is not a good look

It always seems to end up the time it wonโt go back down into first, I end up rocking the fuxor backwards and forwards to try and get it to snick into gear!
