Hi guys , Im lost my sprocket guard and asking for help. Looking for some kind of drawing or blueprint or something that will help me machine it . Just basic dimensions.Or even better if you can put it on a4 sheet and draw a lines around it. If it turns to be good , I can make some more of them for you guys 😉 (just dont want to buy it of ebay when I can make one easy) 0_1487709376618_122246058924_1.jpg

@Zrako Although this defeats your quest to make one, you might find it easier to buy a cheap one and make your own design from that? As I guess that a scale drawing or any blueprints are very rare???

          So be it.

They are ally anyway, I can't see anything to ne gained making one.

If yoy want to make something, then make something worthwhile.

Finding unnecessarily heavy components and make lighter alternatives is always a good shout.

@finnerz89 Yeah it might be. Pretty sure the rest of the engine is ally. Which is why I just assumed the sprocket guard is too.

Either way its weight is nominal.

Mine was rusty as. Yeah it's paper thin so weight is no concern. You could make something a bit trick looking though?

Yeah , mine was rusty too. Will try to do something , (didnt like the design of the old one anyway) . And lot of spare time and material in work also

Yeah sounds like something interesting to do.

I'd still grab an OE one to take measurements from mind you
