    Doing this tomorrow anyways, but I want to make double sure as every site and Google search says different. So I snip green/black wire on speedo side, and simply earth it, ie with radiator bolt.. thanks for all the help btw

      @DevonDtr Yip that's pretty much it but as Calum pointed out make sure that the paint isn't to thick on the area your earthing the wire to as it might not earth properly so just make sure you get a good contact on the frame 🙂 .

        To be 100% earth it to the negative terminal of the battery

          Succeeded today, and not much noticeable difference. Its earthed on top radiator bolt

              See I said that mate when I was 17. I then when I got realised what a mistake that was. It should make a massive difference.

              I went from Zeeltronic to stock. And I had to derestrict it. And realised what a difference it makes.

              It should be massively noticeable. Earth it to the battery mate.

                  @seandtr I think it's only for the DTRE/DTX models as they have a few more restrictions than the older DTR .

                      As i know nothing of electrics, is a 27 amp wire sufficient... got the 2 wires in a plug connector

                          @seandtr Snorkel wants to be in mate. That's not a derestriction. Who keeps telling people that!

                          The removal of the snorkel causes air flow issues. Ruins the flow of the air.

                            @Calum What derestriction will benefit me mate ? So far my bike has reed block spacer and carbon reeds and a dep end can .

                                So earthed to battery, 2 wires connected with butt connector. Didn't notice any major difference again but to be fair bike needs jetting
