I use an air staple gun and 2 people, its doable just takes lots of pulling and stretching but not 2 bad with 2 people.

@declan Looks good dude, this may be a bit late but when I recovered my seat I ended up using 8mm & 12mm staples. A regular pull trigger stapler works just fine, but watch where you are stapling into. Where there is only thin sections of foam use the shorter staples so that they don't protrude through and pierce the seat cover from underneath. And staple each side about 4-5 inches apart first, so that you can get the new cover even and nicely positioned. Then staple the rest all the way along each side, so that it looks professional!!!

any way enough of that I used relatively short staples and I guess I'll find out when I catch my nuts on a staple and yes I will be cleaning it a lot but oh well is what it is was pretty hard but when I got the hang of it not so bad the finished product is great and couldn't wish for a better job I found working from the rear to ther front worked best
