    210 main is standard size, I'm running full exhaust on mine with standard jetting and it's fine.
    Have you checked for air leaks anywhere? What position do you have the needle clip in? What about the air screw?

    @declan everything is done but it’s still running lean so the washer will have to stay on for now rode it for a while and the torque is much better wheelies off speed bumps in 3rd now so loads better

    If it's running lean then you are just asking for trouble.

    I would highly recommend getting the fuelling sorted before continuing to ride it.

    @declan I'm not even sure how you've done that.

    @terry-tz Yeah, kinda my thoughts.

    Depends what he has actually done though. But doesn't sound like it's addressing the issue...why is it running lean?

    @calum seized air fuel screw no means of getting it out yet it’s proper in there litteraly just fitted a washer to the choke push rod to richen the mixture

    @calum think I’m running ever so slightly rich when I’m riding And come to a stop the revs are really low but it doesn’t die it’s fine when riding and when it’s idling before and after I’ve been out

    but won't this mean you have less 2 stroke oil going through they seem to send a fair bit but your changing the mix at all rev ranges so it might be rich at 1-3k but very lean at higher revs

    @terry-tz the 2 stroke pump runs off the throttle so won't be affected.

    @finnerz89 It's driven off a nylon cog directly from crankshaft. So yes and no. It is driven from both the throttle and crank.

    but the choke is not and you are putting more fuel in from the choke I don't know just saying its possible and when your at mid revs the choke might not give either fuel also and from my understanding, they lean out mid revs before getting rich again so could be a problem just what I would be thinking about if it was me I mean I would try what he has done, to be honest, but I would be like to fix it asap
