The fairings for the full faired model are the hardest parts to come by, but they can be repaired with soldering iron.

Yeah that's it, found it works best cleaning it back to bare plastic, then melting the two edges back together.

@Irongamer727 personally I prefer the rs I’ve never owned or seen either bike in person but I’m growing closer to the rs and want one more and more by the day and you can still get plastics for them but I’m not a huge fan of the old rs styling but the newer ones are beautiful

@declan They are superb bikes and have plummetted in price. Pay a little extra, get one with decent genuine plastics as everything else can be easily had. Genuine plastics will cost you a fortune.

Get the NSR, NSR engine is good for 30ish hp bone stock just deresreicted and is bullet proof reliable compared to the aprillia. I thrash the shit out of my Honda CRM125 " same engine lower gear ratios " and it loves it pulls like a train and just begs to be hammered makes a DTR seem like a 50 lol.

@terry-tz Maybe at the fly, I very much doubt that sort of power at the wheel. A tuned Aprilia is around 25 at the wheel.

@terry-tz I don't know much about the NSR. Scrim gives me no reason to doubt him, I just know they raced the RS in GP and produced GP versions of the RS and that's the sorts of power they get.

A fit full power foxeye nsr 125 is good for around 115mph, my 03 crm has 85 on clock and goes off with ease, just derestricted full arrow pipe.

I doubt very much a foxeye nsr will do 115, the earlier jc20 has more aggressive porting and wont do that. They did do a sp version of both jc20 and jc22. Jc20sp had kick start, longer 1st gear, arrow exhaust and a different rear shock and were supposed to be over 30bhp alt text
