Had a call from my pal had the white 89 saying oil coming out of crankcase breather, engine completely rebuilt previously with new con rod and seals all round. Any suggestions?

Either too much oil, or pressure coming from the crank or water pump.

Came to the same conclusion, he uses strawberry "smell" 2 stroke oil, transmission oil smells of strawberry's, looks like new crank seal has failed after only 400 miles, not happy.

Turns out it's the oil pump case seal, easy fix, no worries!
