    And about the bike dying on 6k rpm, sound restricted for you?

    I wouldn't port that cylinder unless it was for racing, because it's already a pretty balanced port map great for street.
    Porting the cylinder is just going to make it less usable on the streets, your mechanics port job will probably just be widening the ports or just raising the exhaust a little bit as most mechanics don't really study or even care about the angles and then a cylinder just ends up loosing bottom end with some gains on top end but not worth the lost low end power for street.

      @DanRacing I concur.

      If this were me, I'd ride the bike with the cylinder bone stock, and then decide if further refinements are needed. Don't just port unless you need to.

        The biggest difference in power i noticed on the rs was getting the squish bang on 1mm also if you dont have a lot of hills lightening the flywheel seemed to help a little for me ...

          @stinkwheeler Yeah, but he's already got the Italkit Head for that Italkit cylinder. So I think he's got that covered. Whack in a Zeel and that'll remove the restriction at 6K rpm.

          Throw it all together and you'll have a very capable 125.

            next month i will buy zeeltronic or ignitech. i would like to know your opinions about both of them.

            ignitech is cheaper. but zeel have more reputation in rs 125 bikes.

            what you guys think? worth to pay the difference?

              The zeeltronic is a more tried and tested system for the rs with good results and lots of options for shift light quickshift and the handheld programmer is verry easy to use ... so i would go with the zeeltronic... im not sure about ignigtech ...

                    @pedrobatista10 Handheld all day long mate.

                    I've got the TYGA CNC Rearsets. They're gorgeous. They also do carbon fibre heel plates to go with them. Really finishes them off!

                                          i still need to buy more parts, before sending to mechanic.

                                          i plan to buy first melloti handle bars,fork top melloti, tyga racing step kit cnc. then i will tell mechanic to fit it all.

                                          btw, @Calum what you think of melotti handle bar and forktop? you have any opinion?
