      Just changed the head gasket for my 170 kit.
      I was out riding when i saw a leak from the head gasket.
      I have cleaned the head, and the cylinder, but i still leaks.
      Tried using som gasket sealants, but i stil wont stop.
      Its not leaking much, but i still have to fill once or twice a week.
      I used athena gasket.

        Why did you change the gasket? Was it leaking before?
        If you had an overheating problem before you MAY of warped the head.
        Need more input really bud. It could be the nuts just need torquing up...

          @SpookDog
          I changed it because the one i had before was really bad, and was also leaking a bit. Is the correct torque 15nm?

            @Haako-Smith the manual says 16 lb/ft which I believe is about 22 nm.

                @Haako-Smith someone on the forum posted a link to download the manual for free. Use the search feature it's here somewhere.

                  I mean, I don't recall doing mine up to the spec and never had issues.

                  I do give my head and barrel a quick skim mind you.

                    I have 15 lbs foot or 2.2m for the clylinder head nuts
                    I’d do Callum’s trick and get some thick glass with fine wet and dry. Specially if it’s still leaking after using sealant.
