    Right.....

    Ive got the bike going..!
Sounds healthy enough, no fuel leaking anymore either.
    HOWEVER.....
I just took it out for a ride about 5 miles in total, it doesn't seem to tick over very well, it runs correctly with the choke on but not very well with the choke off.
(I'm guessin choke on is up and choke off is down?)
The revs can be controlled using the idle screw on the carb when the choke is on, however if you turn the choke off is revs higher and cant be adjusted with the screw...?? Abit weird.

When riding along, pull the clutch in the change gear and the revs creep up and you get abit of a (I look like I cant ride a bike moment when you release the clutch because the revs are high)

Also when stopping the bike the revs creep up and rev high like i'm being impatient.!

Is this something someone has experienced before and found the answer to.?

Atm I'm guess the throttle cable may need replacing perhaps.

    Thanks.

@dazzagtir I was experiencing simmilar things with my freshly rebutilt bike it seemed to be the throttle cable pulling slightly which threw all the other adjustments off check this as I tried hours on end and this sorted it

She needs a clean but she's now running great.
Spend some time re routing the throttle cable and adjusting the idle screw with less premix fuel.
Thanks everyone for your input and help. 👍

                Cheers Declan.
I just need to sort the electrixs out now, the last owner took it upon himself to remove the indictors and hide all the wires somewhere.
I don't like the idea of riding it on the road with no indicators as i'm sure the police will not take it lightly.

@dazzagtir It is not a legal requirement for bikes to have indicators. Provided there is no switch, or tape is over the switches, it eill pass an MOT.

@Calum yeah a bike can pass mot with no lights or indicators but the the thing is it's either all electrics or none as far as I know

                        @castrolsniffer Uuhh what?

No just tape over the indicator buttons.

As said don't need indicators on bikes.

The other one is that Day Time MOT is no different from a full MOT. Same slip just in the notes it'll say no lights upon inspection. Literally no reason why you couldn't, although probably shouldn't, fit lights to it once it passes. And then don't have to be in at night.

Ahhh thats very interesting to know, certainly put my mind to rest knowing I can actually take it out for a ride. I have been avoiding riding it as much as possible.
I have ordered some cheap £6 ebay indicators this evening so when they arrive I will fit them.
I will however put some tape over my switch tomorrow just incase I do get pulled over.

Indicators have never been a requirement, and I certainly don't have them on Enduro/Off-road bikes like the GasGas. Then it just becomes an inconvenience as the electrics add weight.
