@DTGREENLANER I'd say that's a dry bearing inside the servo somewhere, I think they can be taken apart and the gear train serviced. Never done one myself but it's pretty much a scaled-up RC car servo, just take your time and lay everything out in the order you removed it and you should be all good. Southeast Asia is full of DTRs, DT230 Lanzas etc. and some of those guys repair the servos quite often.

@SpookDog Sorry late reply, only got round to putting new plug on the other day but yeah no worries man Replacement plug worked nicely. I replaced the regulator/rec and starter solenoid with oem parts as well and started lovely off the button. No more clicking from the starter solenoid or dodgy aftermarket rectifier going up in smoke Cheers

@SpookDog Yeah mix matched DT125RE but I’ve bought loads of different stuff for it over the time lol. That’s the problem of buying spares and using them over the years and forgetting what model/age they come from, when you come to do l maintenance can be a ball ache I reckon this calliper is from a DT125X/RE…When searching in the old forum someone else with an X had troubles with there nissin calliper…maybe some of the newer ones used nissin callipers maybe? Ok cheers, I’ll try that but yeah if no luck we’re get them out and just go down toolstation or something to see if we can some similar… I reckon it’s both bolts that you can see. Cheers

@HOTSHOT-III Yeah replaced that mate. Only thing I didn’t replace is the bolt going through there, number 17 on diagram, the two dog bone bolts and shock bushes as bought second hand shock as couldn’t get parts and they seemed all good. Will check it over again and update on here. Someone else on fb said they had similar problem

Yeah I’ve always tried to go genuine, just seeing if I could save a bit of money as I got 3 vehicles as it is and I’m trying to save up for a house lol Ok mate thank you, When I get my mate to make something I’ll upload a picture of the finished result. @spookdog Anyone brought and fitted top & bottom taper bearings? I don’t know where to buy online. The last time I did I got broiled 🤨
